Secondly i have severe sensitive teeth and i am able to use only one product on my teeth without being in excruciating pain
It says mouth and teeth spray so i figured try it in both areas
It is a bit odd at first spraying onto your teeth i smile and spray then swipe my tongue across my teeth to distribute it and spray on my tongue and back of mouth i found works best
