After these 4 years the padding in the seat has gotten flat and now it feels like im just sitting on the wood underneath and the leather is peeling now which is why im changing

There is no reclining lever but pushing the lever for the high adjustment in and out allows you to either stiffen it up or be able to rock freely back and forth
