There was absolutely no difference with my eyes, face, or hands swelling. Had zero effect good or bad. If you research the individual ingredients, none have clinical tests of any sort indicating that they decrease swelling.

If you do not drink a lot of water your body will continue to hold water after all it is a diuretic and to get rid of water you have to drink more water

At the end of the day my ankles are their normal size and i dont have nearly as much as pitting edema
