My advice is if you want to at least try the product have a larger pair of shoes handy

The build quality seems to be very good but these insoles are not for me at least not for running

I am giving this product a lower review for the simple fact that i cannot wear the product at all

My only issue with this product is the price hence 2 stars

So i tried ripping the plastic off the bottom to flatten them a bit but again these dont seem to do much at all but make my boots tighter

Competitiveness

I have used superfeet green for well over ten years now

So many lives seemed to have improved with superfeet
