Pros

They always answer calls and reply emails politely. They make returns/cancellations a snap.

After owning my asus rog gaming laptop for only 1. Years, i am a satisfied customer. The accident plan covers things not included by manufacturer's warranties (like oopsies) their warranties are cheaper than other similar warranties.

Cons

Do not under any circumstances assume they’ll honor this warranty. They know that this computer was defective when it shipped.

The claims process itself is nothing like what they advertise. Instead of waiting for the 2-3 weeks for squaretrade to fix a problem they created, i plug it in myself, only to find it is now running incredibly noisy.

Another 2 weeks without a laptop. Even though my laptop is fully functional they're returning my coverage because i replaced the thermal paste before i asked them to check it out.
