Our 135lb newfie only needs 2 1/2 cups a day. Since changing to this brand his appetite is satisfied. My only word of caution is to start at the low end of the recommended feeding amount.

Oh and for the fantastic ingredients plus this is manufactured in the us and the price is great
Good ingredients my 3 dogs love it cuts down the amount of poop dramatically and price is not over the top
I had him on orijen six fish which is fantastic for most dogs but the price was killer at 95
However the cost of orijen is at least 50 higher than sportdogfood so that is a big consideration for some
Shipping
We have had some problems with shipping that are no fault of the company its an amazon issue so always be sure to have an extra bag on hand
Packaging/appearance
Nice secure packaging is also a plus
Competitiveness
I mix this with greek yogurt and raw grassfed beef and feed it to my malinois twice a day
It is full of all the nutrients an active sporting dog requires but costs less than competitive brands

Not only do they need less of sportdogfood 2 cupsday each instead of 4 cupsday each but its cheaper per bag
