The disk setup is very easy simply plug an hdd into the sata ports and screw it into the adapter on the sides before placing it back into the enclosure and closing that in all the instructions are included in the user manual

The metallic body of the enclosure protects the disk from damages and vibrations however there is a lack of soft material on the bottom of the enclosure from the inside which is unfortunate but most hdd enclosures dont include that either
