They are are adequately sharp from f/4 and smaller apertures. It's not as sharp as canon l glass (what i am used to), but it is good enough to keep me happy with my a6000 purchase.

So i returned them in spite of their low prices

If this lens really competed with the canon one that would create an amazing winning combination for sonys mirrorless system
