    Today it started to glitch badly showing nearly all of my music as unknown songs that it used to recognize and when connected to my computer the songs show up like they are supposed to look on my computereven playable

    I have tried the reset button multiple times removed all the music the mp3 player still says there are hundreds of unknown songs on it

    You either wait till it clears up or press the reset button in the back which is a tiny hole

    My old mp3 was like this too if someone can enlighten mepls do do not let you delete songs from the player you have to do it from windows

    Sometimes it does not recognize file but will not let me delete on the mp3 itself

    Its a hassle it doesnt tell you which file it doesnt recognize till you actually listen then and error message come out i only use this for the music since my phones battery goes down quickly

    I think the video and photos functions are useless since phones can do that and the screen is too small
