This may also be due to my height when i tried to sleep as picture shown the pillow was a bit short

This is an imperfect solution and ends up almost causing more problems than it solves because the bed pillows are too large and awkward and fill up the entire bed

The one concern i have about this is that after 2 months of constant use the filling has become squashed down and is not evenly distributed for the length of the pillow

I have not yet tried machine washing and drying to see if this restores the filling but i suspect that if there had been more filling to begin with this would be less of a problem
