Pros

This is what my handicap daughter needed. Purchased for my son 11 months ago. My husband weighs over 279 lbs and his side is in the same condition as mine at over 139 lbs less weight on my side. The only complaint is the extra weight.

This is the first stand alone mattress that gives me both the support and comfort i crave without being swallowed by the mattress. Within a few minutes as the bed warms up the bed feels much softer and conforms to your body.

Cons

This mattress from sleep innovation while under the same name ‘shiloh’ is not the same mattress at all. I see no way this mattress lasts anywhere close to the 10 year warranty.

It’s squishy and has zero support.

Upon lying on it, it immediately compresses with little or no support. The sides completely collapse if you get close too the sides. The indent and lack of support is extremely noticeable. Where we sleep it has permanent indentations.
