Consthe band is too large for my head so it moves around a lot

Does what it is supposed to but the headphones move around within the sleeve so much that sometimes they get twisted and crossed

I always sleep with headphones on but as a side sleeper i would always have to take one earbud out any time i wanted to turn onto my side as it was way too uncomfortable to keep the earbud in

I tried a pair of sleep earphones that go over your ear and then a metal memory cord wraps around the back of your ears in order to keep them in place

They worked okay but any time i laid on my side i would feel the metal between my ear and my head and would be uncomfortable
