You must take the time to install correctly

The slot on the side of the bracket was too narrow and did not align properly with the hole in the drawer slide that is used to attach the two pieces

I had to do a fair amount of machining to the slot to widen it in order to attach the bracket to the slide with a 832 machine screw and maintain its adjustability function

Even a 632 machine screw was tight and since i had to do some machining anyway i made it fit for the proper sized screw
