If you use cheap fluffy thread then the sewing machine cant really cope and tangles like crazy inside but if you use a good poly or polycotton thread gutermann is my preference then its a total dream to work with

On another note i bought this from coopers and then seen the company on watchdog the next evening for horrendous service and rubbish machines but they were amazing from start to finish

Plus the supplier contacted me to let me know that there would be a delay in receiving it as it was out of stock and sent a gift to apologise and it really wasnt a long delay anyway

The machine looks great but havent had a chance to use it yet as the instruction booklet that was sent unfortunately had no english in it it had four languages but no english and the guarantee was also in a foreign language so could you please send one in english so i can get started please

I bought this machine elsewhere for about £50 less than price advertised here price showing was £150
