Pros
This mattress is worth every single penny paid. The quality is great, it has a fantastic topper on it which just adds to the comfort. And it comes with a five year manufactures guarantee.
Mattress is as comfortable as the postive reviews say it is. No back ache, firm but not crippling. All round suportive and comfortable.
Cons
There's no padding so you are on the bare mattress which is lumpy and hard. I compared it to sleeping on a judo mat, it is that hard. Stitching coming undone. It is not for side sleepers.
The mattress is too heavy to be rotated. Even with a decent john lewis mattress topper it's unworkable. The'squidgy layer' is also too thick.
Springs creak constantly and dents in sleeping area. The springs squeak every time you move too. Invest in a memory foam and or pocket sprung.

I get that as theres no need to turn it it doesnt need handles for that but theres nothing to grip onto other than the beading edges which is very tricky

They do not deliver to your front door during covid so i was left to get mattress in from outside myself
