Pros

Shroom tech is safer than fat-loss pills and more effective. Eat on an empty stomach with good hydration. B12 boost alone is great for immune system and energy.

This stuff is absolutely legit. A friend of mine swore by them and told me to give them a shot. I have to be honest, i am biased, i love all of the products onit makes.

Shroom tech gives you extra stamina in the gym. I've seen a tremendous boost in my performance, my cardio in particular which is what mma is mostly.

Cons

Pills, thinking you have one months supply but you do not… you have to take 4 pills for it to work! Tried it two times, two weeks apart. Feels like taking a couple green tea extract pills. Not worth the mild (if any) effects.

As a pre-workout supplement, the sensation you get from this product is nothing special. I use several other onnit products but sadly this one didn't really do much for me.
