Pros

It's good for propping yourself up with, especially if you're having sinus issues. Firmess means you're not going to mush it into an odd blob in the middle of the night. Great for posture.

This is such a pillow that you would never regret to buy. And very affordable. I like it a lot however i wish it was a bit more cushy.

My neck and shoulders feel so much better. This is a nice gift if you have a friend or family member who has trouble of sleeping with their neck or back.

Cons

The pillow itself is hard and doesn't change shape to conform to my head when i lay on it. It makes lying on the pillow unpleasant. Lumpy and hard.
