I have big hands and this fits very well aside from a slight lack of pinky support like some of the more expensive mice

It was a littlw awkward at first because of the orientation change but it doesnt take long to adjust

Only real con is the scroll wheel button is quite stiff and hard to press without accidently clicking one of the other buttons but it will most likely loosen with use
