Hepa/filters work and keep the dust in the container where it belongs. Easy to lift canister. We have a long haired dog that shed massive amounts of hair and this vacuum gets it all.
Cons
The base of the vacuum is not wide enough nor heavy enough to prevent it from falling over when you detach the wand. Regularly emptied the canisters, changed the filters. It quits working randomly after about 15 minutes of vacuuming.
There is no way that it is a wearable part. If that's the case, then this entire vacuum is aearable part and has no warranty. Would not replace the unit - trick to get it outside the limited 5 year warranty.
