Overall, the quality is outstanding. The quality is good. Nice product, good price and quick delivery. These are excellent.

You can really personalize the sound with an eq, these are really good for that. Improvement is definitely evident, the sound is not as flat and has much more of a depth, exactly what i was expecting from sennheiser.

Cons

It's important to understand when a reviewer says they love the sound. Eventually all audio was lost on one side.

Lo and behold these headphones are actually worse than any previously purchased cheap pair i've ever bought. From this perspective, i find them overpriced. I'm really wary about the long term durability of the cable.

Pushing $250 plastic headphones against your ear isn't a great plan for longevity. I'm a girl with smaller ears and these were a nightmare to try to wear. Be wary of throwing these in your pocket or bag without putting them in the included case.

So i got these used for like 80 bucks…couldn’t pass up some 180 dollar iem’s for that price

Packaging/appearance

Before you can try them out you are going to have to deal with some very unfriendly packaging from sennheiser

Competitiveness

55 these iems are clear and have a relatively flat spectrum compared to models in this price range

Im a big fan of sennheiser headphones owning a pair of hd650s and multiple pairs of their earbuds and iems

However i did notice they tended to amplify the lowerfrequency sounds a bit more than my etymotic research monitors

That said ive owned tons of inears on the lower price range and theyve all failed at some point
