I had a lot of gas and stomach issues with the other one so i went back to the sedona iflora and have been regular and happy ever since
I have ibs and would not be with out this product
Seems to be a good product but you have to take 2 capsulesday to reach the 32 billion so i think it is a little expensive

Was a huge help during chemotherapy but of course please ask your doctor first
