Cons

This is plug and forget, as long as you can stand having hard water. Scale builds up a little on shower heads and has ruined several spigot valves. No joy.

Tried several techniques to do a reset, unplugging, waiting, re-powering up. Try wrapping 20 feet of wire around a pipe fastened to a concrete wall. Only way warranty covered is from ordering from scaleblaster direct.
