The quesadilla maker heats very quickly, the tortillas get very crispy. The circles are the outer perimeter seal of your tortilla, and the wedge areas are where the filling gets pushed into the quesadilla pockets. This item is perfect for making a qui... Read More

Cons

You need oven mitts to open and close the top lid. There is no handle for raising the lid and the latch is not a satisfactory substitute.

If you put too much cheese it causes a mess and oozes out everywhere. The quesadilla maker isn't any faster than using the stove, either. If you want to use monterrey jack or aged cheddar, the results are uneven and the tortillas become hard.
