We initially had issues with faxing but eventually realized it was a problem with the line and not the machine

I cant remember the password i put on it internally and i can find no way to reset password but it hasnt caused any connectivity issues

Just be sure youve located and removed every piece of tape and shipping protection

For reference the default web admin password for these is sec00000

Dont forget if you want scantoemail to work you need to setup a default from address and have the server info for a valid email account the printer can use
