It has been hard to get set up

The phone arrived on time looks good for a refurbished phone had no trouble hooking it up with verizon when the screen is on there is blue pixels that stay blue all the time so when you look at a picture it has blue pixels all thru it but put a pic on the computer the blue pixels are not there over all good phone
