Pros
They make high quality and reliable products. Cable is thick and sturdy. Nice sturdy, weighty design.
My only complaint is the cord length.
It works and looks so good for non-charging needs that i can overlook that limitation. Its design and style make it a useful, unobtrusive desktop convenience. All of my usb connections are on the rear of my new all in one computer.
Cons

Hub freezes up when plugging in and out devices. Every single hub throttles the power transferred or disconnects to the point where it was making me worried for the integrity of my external hard drives.
I find this entirely unacceptable. It is very touchy.
