The fit was exactly what we expected but you definitely need to wear clothes underneath as it is pretty sheer and just ties closed in the back like a hospital gown

Im 60 and the footies pop off on one side so just a bit too small

Its polyester so it can be warm and as someone noted there is no fly so you have to untie the whole thing to urinate

It fits me ok but im shorter than the average person in the us so i can see taller persons will find it too small thats the only reason im writing the size fits somewhat small
