One issue is that you can chip or break the blade but that is the same with all ceramic knives the other issue is that after a year and a half the blades all started separating from their handles

Ceramic knives stay sharp much longer than stainless steel knives do wont rust do not react or add flavor to acidic foods and unlike stainless knives these wont turn your fruit brown when you cut it

Apple oxidized much quicker after i tested myself today comparing to my steel knife used for two years only caused 5 dollars so i decided to return it right away with sadness
