Highlights
Quality
Excellent product works fine easy to use
Practical with a solid construction and the sound quality is incredible
The biggest issues are with our implementation not the product
Dont know why i waited so long before going inears and with the rolls you have much more control than just having a feed from the board
Packaging/appearance
I mix my stereo mixer into the aux input and also receive an xlr from the pa mixer out or my mic inthru if pa monitor feed is unavailable
Competitiveness
I use these for the direct out capabilities on my inear monitor system
I was able to pick up a 20db attenuator for cheap on ebay from a seller located in england
If you want an inear monitor and do not require mobility this is a great inexpensive option to wireless

Long term we want to get into an aviom type personal monitor system but ive suggested more than a few times that unless we mic the drummer and get the singers to use ear buds it wont be worth it for us

Another plus is you can mic your amp at home mines a tube amp without a headphone out have the volume at bedroom and have the volume in your ears as loud as you want it then run a feed from your phone or tablet if you need to learn some new songs for the band none of that bluetooth mess disconnecting all the time
