Third time is a charm. Bought a 10. No probs. I am disappointed to know that rockport has decided to discontinue this shoe.

Looks both casual and dress enough to wear to work and leisure. The darker brown color lets me wear these with some pants which may requires black shoes.

The dynamic suspension feels great. The support is still good, but unfortunately my working conditions (automotive shop) have destroyed the leather uppers.

Encounter seem to have disappeared from rockport's website. It's my regret that i let it go so long that i can no longer return it. I wonder if the current one i received is a manufacturer's defect that was available for less cost.
