We actually love this grinder however there were two bolts missing and it was very wobbly until we fixed it

Only drawback is that the top nut will start to come loose during use but it wont effect your grind unless the whole thing falls apart so no biggy

All of the parts that matter are made of steel which prevents static cling of the grounds

We noticed that as the input hopper was getting low near the end of the grind sometimes a bean would hop out onto the counter

So my suggestions would be to emboss some arrows or simple words on the machine itself
