Now i will tell you this little machine has its work cut out with me i inherited lucky for me double chin and jowls from both my mother and my fathers side of the family and mine really started at mid thirties partly due to lack of exercise and my genetics that chin it stubborn and those jowls well they just love it so i will say i used this everyday twice a day for 5 mins under chin in beginning each time now i cut to two mins each go under chin it has reduced the double chin but that chin is still there it has reduced the jowls but not completely rid them i am using it 3 weeks id say its about half way or slightly more to being normal but bearing in mind my genetics in this area are pretty much doomed anyway so this is a big improvement for me i am happier with my chin i feel i look less old and am loosing the saggy droopy look from the side but there is more to do genetics plays a big role here and mine as i said are doomed anyway
