Pros
Just bought the 50 billion but have been using the 30 billion. Everything just works regular bms, less gas and bloating, and less constipation. I believe it has helped my digestive system every day.
I am obsessed with this probiotic. Buy this for my aunt.
Cons
Few capsules were opened and have spilled content inside the bottle. Spilled product all over the floor. Tried contacting customer service on renewlife end and amazon.
Buyer beware. High price, low quality, dubious results.

The price was good it’s small and the amounts of the billions is great

Not only cheaper but you dont have to worry about the heat exposure during shipping
Not satisfactory i have to order four packs at a time due to shipping costs im overseas
Packaging/appearance
I am not sure if this has damaged the product that clearly states on packaging to store below 75 degrees and best if refrigerated
The capsules are smaller and have a distinct odor out of the bottle
