Pros

It’s just a matter of adjusting it to the doorway and * out the rods. I did not have to screw anything into the wall, the tension screws keep the gate sturdy.


Cons

This picture is a byproduct of what a shih tzu can do. The instructions are horrid and i do not understand them. It also barely fits on a 32 door frame, and because it barely fits, the adjustment screws are nearly maxed out and wobbly.

We have this just used as a tension gate and it is basically unmovable by the kids trust me they’ve tried lol

Holes to big for studs needs an insert or a threaded hole

Price

Great value and now i dont have to block the opening with plywood

Outside gates at the big box stores are over 200 and i just didnt want to spend that kind of money

We will cross that bridge when we come to it but we fear it is soon… but overall though wonderful purchase for the price

    However if you plan to use this for small dogs or puppieskitties the gaps on the side are far too big and will either allow them to go through or get their head stuck so keep this in mind for everyone’s safety

    Took some figuring out but turned out i just hadnt tightened the handle enough for the gate to close properly

    Pretty much the product to work the way that it should have but opening was not wide enough for my significant other to fit through so it kept on getting knocked down
