This is not at all what i expected it’s kind of cheaply made however it does supports your neck and does relieve the pain but it’s made of cheap plastic and i’m a very tiny person and i still feel like it’s going to break the stand is plastic where you put your neck into is a semi soft sponge material i was kind of disappointed it wasn’t really everything it said but at least for right now i can have something to support my name my traction and take some of the pain awaydisappointed but have something to use for traction and get rid of a little paincheaply made and the price was not reasonable for what you got but i guess it was better than nothing  Read Less
