Just returned from a 10 day stay here 1st time in turkey absoultly loved it from the cleanliness of the rooms to the food charlie the pool guy so friendly to the entertainment team ali and co made our stay magical and eased our nervousness somthing going on from morning to night thank you grand pasa and staff will definatly be back next year

Every single day we rang up from our room complaining about how the wifi did not work in our rooms

We accepted the fact it wasnt going to work and only used the free wifi in the lobby and the wifi in the restaurant

After letting the reception staff know the day before check out i was not paying for the wifi when we havent used it when we came to our check out they tried charging us almost £20 for wifi we had not used
