The quality is good enough that i ordered another and gave this one to my son
Overall it is a good product and would recommend with the one caveat
Good for the price but poor on the quality and actually on the rain do not old the water to well

I think they are sort of see through but ladies put some underwear on before trying this on so you can tell when you stand in indoor lighting or go outside and see if it is see thru
