These are definitely digestible and assimilable! They aren't huge but he said he can taste them.
Also there are probiotics in it and they help amazingly well with any gut issues. It’s also vegan!
It clears my brain fog and allows me to get ahead start on my day as soon as i wake up. This is not a fix for autism or adhd, but anything like this can help. Nuanced enhancement of my stamina, focus, and overall well being. This product is nuanced.
Cons
Reviewer felt the mini tab claim on this one was misleading. These mini tabs are not mini. They are large in size, and these will be trashed.
This bottle is almost gone with no difference. Reminds me of those stores that refuse any returns so you couldn’t get your money back once you figured out how trash their product is.
This is not beta carotene.

I suppose it depends on your definition of mini but the rainbow light minis are clearly smaller than their full size counterparts as you can see from the photo

Still they may be too large for small children or people of small stature
