Particularly when cain describes the struggles that introverts are facing when dealing with situations and people that dont understand the nature of introverts teachers who demand you contribute more in classroom discussions as a way to participate parents who think theres something wrong with you when you prefer to sit at the corner during parties or reading books at home rather than going out and play with other kids bosses who often overlook your values in the organisation because your toosoft voice is often drowned by the more overpowering noisier people around you
