Been using quicken for decades now. Downloading bank data is very helpful. It's quick and easy to process checks. The datum function lets you analyze data many different ways.

The punchline is no problems. The changes from 2016 to 2017 are minor - basically a cleaner and nicer interface. However, the user interface for the 2017 version is a little flaky. I upgrade every 3 years, as they force you too.

Software can't import csv/qif for my banking accounts. It frequently gives errors when connecting to my accounts. Can't reconcile a year's worth of transactions for multiple, well-used (normal) accounts. Doesn't seem to work in the manner described in...  Read More

Intuit's quicken software is one of the worst pieces of software i've ever had the misfortune to use. May be that was the plan, make quicken * so bad that everyone will switch to mint. This is unusable.

I'm done with the constant errors and frustration. Their support is unresonsive. There is customer support chat, and customer support phone, but neither has people that use the product or know anything about it.
