Most businesses nowadays just dont prioritize good customer service as an essential cog in their customer retention gears and dont even attempt reconciliation for bad experiences couch tomato is the exception

For those establishments that do care this might happen when it is a random bad night for the kitchen or maybe just a server stretched too thin

But what stands out with this place is their level of caring to correct it it is above average the lengths they will go to have happy and full customers and i for one am pleased and will be returning
