Pros

Has really helped to decrease my back pain.

This is my 1st inversion table as i am transitioning from gravity boots. Chose this specific table based upon + feedback and price. Also, the bench has amazing durability and is very comfortable.

The mechanisms move smoothly and are structurally sound for the price. It's much quicker and easier to assemble if you have the right size wrenches and sockets yourself.

Millimeter size. Fits every height and folds up pretty good. It is sturdy and doesn't tip sideways. It hangs you upside down.

Cons

The directions to assemble this table where completely useless. I'm very frustrated that it doesn't fit. Just receive a pad with correctly aligned holes so that i can attach it and start using this.

But the product itself seems to be a good deal

The tools that come with the product dont fit all of the different sized nuts that are used in its assembly

The price was good too and easy to put together

For 14 of the price i think i this was a great deal

Chose this specific table based upon feedback and price

The other half is that the item came to less than 100 with handling and id also decided that was my price threshold

Was a bit skeptical but my back feels so much more loose

Competitiveness

Great product really helped me lean out and get ripped for my fitness competition i did back in june

I highly reccomend to anyone with lower back pain
