When the temperature reaches the set degrees an alarm will sound

Thats not true when the alarm sounds and you are not ready to use the machine and you do not want to listen to the alarm simply hit the red button to start the timer and the hit the button again to immediately turn off the timer

The alarm will no longer sound and the machine will maintain your set temperature
