Pros
This piece and a few barbells is all one needs for a total workout. It's extremely sturdy and comfortable to use. A touch wobbly but excellent quality and great assembly instructions.
There was some slight shipping damage, and needed to straighten one of the coupling ends. Great product.
The center arms for dips actually folds upwards to move out of the way for chin ups and for safety. The grips for chin-ups are a little narrow in diameter. The only possible problem is the dip which is not advisable for a person with wide body.

The bottom part for push ups is only for very tall people i would imagine taller than 190 cm i am 176 and they are too wide to use

Top part for pull ups should have cushioned handles i taped soft sleeves over the handles those you buy at hardware stores for insulating basement water pipes feels much better

No matter how much i tighten the bolts the main centre vertical frame could still be slightly rocked sideways left and right

However the whole unit is rather narrow which means sidetoside stability is iffy

Also as another reviewer pointed out the dip bars are quite close together which will be a problem if you have a wide torso

Mine is set up on carpet and still barely moves
