What they charge for this kit is what the top crest strips cost in stores and this kit shouldnt even be mentioned in the same review as the crest white strips

I was a little nervous about making the impressions especially since i have a permanent retainer wire on the backside of the my upper front teeth that i was concerned might pull off when i removed the impression but it went ok and i sent the impressions back in the included mailer

I should note that i consume a lot of foods and beverages that are staining in nature and know that ideally these items should be avoided during whitening
