When they arrived they had mostly fallen out of the package and broken their tips and four of the pencils were missing

Colors was supposed to be pastel the picture and product is a little misleading these pencils are regular colors not just pastels

Because they were shipped from china there is a lot of chinese writing on the box like i said i dont keep the box so no biggie for me

My biggest issue was when i opened the box about 30 of the 36 pencils had broken tips
