Cons

Black rubber balls fall off and do not stay on. Overtime the product becomes looser and will not hold paper towels. We use large rolls of towels, and this rack just can't handle them.

The plastic plugs are so flimsy that they cannot get into the drilled hole and end up bending. Because it's a thin metal, doing this puts stress on the screws by making the back against the wall want to bubble outward. Get something else.

I hung this under my kitchen cabinet with the screws no adhesion and love it
