Machine makes a loud buzzing noise while it’s running. Keep trying until it works. It's completely ruined now. This thing * donkey *.
This spins abrasive buffing disc against your dvd. It leaves swirl marks all the way around it scratched into the surface. It causes excessive swirl marks on the discs. The yellow pads do not remove enough of the material to get the scratch out.
It cleans discs but does not recondition. Cleaned one cd five times. Sub par at best, instructions are horrible.

Two pads are stored in the top of machine 4 in the accessories tray which is so shallow that its difficult to get the drawer back in the unit

The brush supplied is almost useless its so small and difficult to remove as is the other pads because of such a tight fit

Instead of the supplied brush to clean the first set of pads i use a stiff tooth brush much easier and faster
