Pros

It heats evenly.

Very easy to assemble. Cleaning is no hassle, all i do is wipe it out, using damp paper towels and then wash it in sink. Easily cleaned, even in dishwasher.

With the lid on, even tho i have very little splatter. The pouring spout is handy.

The non-stick seems to be a quality coating. No sticky mess. Amp; i use it all the time.

The fold away base for easy storage is a life saver as i have a small kitchen and limited space! Stores compactly. It excels in every other way, and is easy to clean and easy to store.

Cons

The detachable base has a design flaw in that the clips that hold the base to the skillet via the handles break very easily. If the coating residue sticks to our fingers, it's probably in the food we cook. Rinse and dry.

I am very very disappointed as this was an expensive item for my kitchen. Don't know how to contact dealer. You have to buy the entire base which after shipping is more than half of the cost of the whole $32.

It seems to be incapable of sauteing, only boiling. Frying anything has to be on 400 degrees.
