It does have one serious drawback if you use butter or butter oil to flavor your popcorn and you use the popper as a bowl it leaks

I would have thought that something like that would have been fixed in the last 4 years but my friend recently bought this same model and she complains of the same issue

Then over a period of 2 months the top started showing signs of wear as its began to get cracks

By 4 months there were so many cracks that eventually it would fall apart
